Hi, I'm Caitlin. I'm the one responsible for all the yummy cakes on this site. I have enjoyed baking all my life. What started out as a hobby in my parents kitchen, baking delicious treats for friends and family, has grown into a full time business, supplying my local community, independent coffee shops and restaurants.

I am lucky to live in the beautiful town of Malton - Yorkshire's food capital. I have an amazing choice of local producers and growers on my doorstep which ensures I only use the best and freshest ingredients for my cakes.

Whether its cupcakes, tray-bakes, celebration cakes, vegan, gluten free or jaw dropping centrepieces.......... nothing is too much trouble.

I am happy to talk through any requirements you have to ensure that you are entirely satisfied. Every cake is handmade and decorated by me. I strive to continually learn new skills and techniques which I can incorporate into my creations. I love nothing more than seeing my customer's happy faces when they see their cakes.
