I’m Caitlin—baker, decorator, and lover of all things cake.

Baking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. What started as a hobby in my parents’ kitchen, creating treats for friends and family, gradually grew into something more—a full-time passion that now allows me to serve my wonderful local community here in Malton, Yorkshire’s food capital.

I’m lucky to have access to some of the finest local producers and growers, and I make it my mission to use only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in everything I bake. Whether it’s cupcakes, tray-bakes, celebration cakes, vegan and gluten-free options—or the showstopping wedding centrepieces I’ve come to love—every cake is handmade and decorated by me with care and attention to detail.

Weddings are especially close to my heart. I work closely with each couple to understand their style and vision, crafting bespoke cakes that reflect their story and add something unforgettable to their special day. It’s such a joy to be part of those moments.

I’m always happy to chat through ideas and make sure everything is just right. I love learning new techniques and pushing my creativity further—because nothing makes me happier than seeing a customer’s face light up when they see their cake for the first time.
